Is the app free?
Yes, for travelers and locals. Businesses can list and manage prices for free; surplus food orders carry a small platform fee.
Where do the official fares come from?
From each municipality or city fare ordinance and LTFRB fare matrices, entered and published by the LGU itself. Each fare card shows the ordinance reference and the date it took effect.
What if there is no official fare for my route?
You will see an amber Estimate with a range from rider reports and operators, clearly labelled as not official. Agree the price before you ride.
Does it work without internet?
Fares for saved areas, driver QR checks and your pickup codes work offline. Reports and price logs are stored and sent when you reconnect.
What happens after I report overcharging?
The city or municipal transport office reviews the report with the GPS trace and any photos, then validates, dismisses or escalates it. You can track each step; the driver never sees your identity.
